Connections with trains, buses and rental cars

People in a train station

Roseto Capo Spulico is also well connected by public transport. The railway station in Roseto Capo Spulico Marina is not active at the moment (there are some substitute services provided by buses that stop a few tens of meters from the said railway station) but we have the Trebisacce station just 10 minutes away by car which offers connections to and from various Italian cities. It is an important railway line that connects the upper Ionian coast of Cosenza to the north towards Taranto, Bari and Metaponto and to the south towards Sibari, Catanzaro or cutting the province of Cosenza in two towards the capital of Cosenza and the Tyrrhenian city of Paola, facilitating travel along the Adriatic and Tyrrhenian coasts towards Sicily and towards the cities of the North.

Furthermore, it is important to note that from Roseto Capo Spulico there is a convenient bus connection to the city of Trebisacce. This service offers at least a couple of trips a day (in addition to all the other bus trips that provide a scheduled service between many Italian locations and which often stop in Roseto or neighboring towns), allowing visitors to explore not only the area coastal, but also the picturesque historic center of Roseto Capo Spulico. This additional connection represents an opportunity to immerse yourself in the local culture and discover places of interest along the route.

If you want to move quickly along the Tyrrhenian coast towards Sicily, Rome, Milan and the cities of the north, Paola station is recommended. This route offers a direct connection to these destinations.
